Dr. Roshan Melvani is a dual fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon in the High Desert area of Southern California. He specializes in treatments of the shoulder, elbow, hip, and knee. He completed his residency training at Medstar Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, MD - also rotating at The Johns Hopkins Hospital for Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgery and R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center for Orthopaedic Traumatology. After his residency training, he completed an adult hip and knee reconstruction fellowship at Anderson Orthopaedic Clinic in Northern Virginia where he focused on anterior hip replacement, unicompartmental/total knee replacement, and revision lower extremity arthroplasty. He then completed an additional fellowship in shoulder and elbow surgery specializing in arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder and shoulder reconstruction including rotator cuff repair, shoulder stabilization, total/reverse shoulder replacement, revision shoulder arthroplasty, and elbow surgery.
Dr. Veena Katikineni is a fellowship-trained rheumatologist in the High Desert area of Southern California. She specializes in treatments of various autoimmune diseases. She completed her Internal Medicine residency training at INOVA Fairfax Hospital in Northern Virginia. After her residency training, she completed her Rheumatology fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh, where she trained under some of the world’s leading experts in Lupus, Myositis, Scleroderma, and Vasculitis. She is active in the American College of Rheumatology and enjoys advocating for her patients. She is also passionate about incorporating yoga and mindfulness in her treatment plans.
